With limited sunny days, winters can be tough in the Great White North. The endless rain make it tough to be a skater forcing riders to bear the elements or take refuge in parking garages.
Sho Ouellette needed a break and ventured south to escape the torment. He made his rounds from San Diego to Santa Barbara skating dry roads and enjoying sunny days before making his way back to Vancouver.
“ Vancouver rains more than half the year so I had to get out before I went insane. I had a break from school so I escaped the madness and went to SoCal where I skated everyday with the Paris crew ”
