Paris Trucks are Guaranteed for Life. The warranty covers bent axles, or any manufacturers defects that would cause the trucks to fail or be unrideable. This DOES NOT cover trucks that have been stolen, or ran over by a vehicle! We say this because we’ve actually had kids ask us if we cover STOLEN trucks!

If you feel you have a bad set of Paris Trucks please feel free to email us or send the trucks to the address below so we can see if they are replaceable.

Please send Trucks to this address if needed:

It is company policy that we review every set of returned trucks in detail to determine weather or not the trucks were run over by a vehicle or tampered with in a way that would void the lifetime guarantee.

No, but if we determine there is a problem with your trucks, we will cover the shipping of replacement trucks that are going back to you and hook you up with enough extra goodies to make it well worth your while!

We don’t expect you to pay $50.00 to ship a set of trucks from out of country. So, in the case of an out of country warranty issue, we will accept high quality photos of the problem area. Upon reviewing the photos we will determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.

Paris Trucks are made in China, side-by-side with some of the industries most prestigious truck brands. Divine Bushings which come stock in Paris Trucks are made in the USA.

All bushings squeak. However, if they’re squeaking extra loud you can simply take apart your trucks and put some soap shavings or a little 3 in 1 oil in the pivot cup and around the bushings, that will help keep the noise down. This is usually just a quick fix and the sound will eventually work its way back.

This is common issue with almost all types of trucks (skateboards). The return to center isn’t always 100%. Specially after you do a hard turn and then jump off your board… what usually happens is the board will continue to keep turning in the same general direction. Short answer is the pivot cups need to be worn in. Most pivot cups come with a tight fit and they tend to grab the pivot of the truck resulting in that jet ski returning skateboard effect. It’s not a problem unless you feel the board working against you while you’re still riding it. Most skateboards will never ride exactly in a straight line regardless of what bushings you use, or even after the amount of wear in time you have into your board. That’s just how it is, so get used to it and remember… when you’re riding your skateboard, you control it… when you’re off the skateboard, it’s controlling itself!

There are a couple of things you can do to fix it.

  • Take the hanger off and add some soap shavings, oil, or graphite into the pivot cup. That will loosen up the trucks temporarily until the pivot cup wears down a bit.
  • Take the hanger off and use some griptape or sandpaper to sand down the pivot of the truck. Simply pinch the pivot with sandpaper and rotate the hanger 180 degrees back and forth. This will shave down the pivot enough to allow for better movement. We’re talking fractions of a millimeter, which should take about 30 seconds of sanding on each pivot. Obviously the more you sand the more the pivot will loosen up.
