PLEASE read intructions below BEFORE you send an email inquiry about what to do with bent/defective trucks. Instructions are below so you don't have to send us an email asking what to do if you have a warranty issue!

Paris Trucks are Guaranteed for Life. This warranty covers bent axles, or any manufacturers defects that would cause the trucks to fail or be unrideable. Brand new defective bushings that make your trucks unridable are also subject to replacement. 1 year old bushings that you've ridden to death ARE NOT covered. Squeaky bushings are also NOT a warrantable item (please visit the FAQ page for details on squeaky bushings). If you feel have bad bushings on your Paris Trucks please follow the same instructions for the trucks.

This warranty DOES NOT cover trucks that have been stolen, or ran over by a vehicle! We say this because we’ve actually had kids ask us if we cover STOLEN trucks!

If you feel you have a bent hanger or bad set of Paris Trucks please feel free to email us or send the trucks to the address below so we can see if they are replaceable. All warranty trucks will be reviewed by our crack team of Paris Truck experts to determine whether or not your trucks are indeed replaceable. If they qualify for replacement we will send back and cover the return shipping costs. NOTE: ALL CAST TRUCKS HAVE A SLIGHTLY BENT axle. If you perform the "grab the wheels and twist test" most likely you will find your axles are bent. This warranty covers truly BENT axles that make your board under perform or make your board unridable.
